So, you are getting married! Maybe you're feeling very confident with your planning, or maybe, you're feeling clueless regarding where to begin. Either way, the ultimate detail on your mind is how wonderful you want the BIG DAY to be for you, your family and friends.

I have been specializing in weekend-of coordination, and guiding couples through one of the most important days of their lives, since 1999. My years of experience in, and around, the Asheville area - including the prestigious Biltmore Estate - have also resulted in strong collaborative relationships with an extensive network of diverse vendors and wedding venues.

I specialize in suggesting quality vendors and sites for locations, photographers, videographers, florists, pastry chefs, musicians, officiants, caterers, accommodations, you name it. Our main focus is on coordinating and directing all rehearsal, ceremony and reception activities, and I am your go-to contact on your Wedding Day for any and all vendors.

Silver Package

Belle Soiree will handle all of the details and coordination for the rehearsal, pre-ceremony and wedding - including vendor suggestions, as well as full planning and execution of the rehearsal/ceremony activities. I will also be the direct contact person for the hired wedding vendors.

Platinum Package

Belle Soiree will offer all the amenities of the Silver Package, plus full reception scheduling and coordination. This includes all of the special events occurring during the reception, such as introduction of the wedding party, first/parent dances, toasts, bouquet/garter toss and the farewell exit plan. Included are any other special needs the bride and groom may request.
